Carlos Velasco, Store Manger
Store Manager Carlos Velasco has a keen ability to listen to customers’ needs and deliver tailored solutions. His commitment to providing options and solutions sets him apart and makes customers want to store with us. Carlos’s dedication was demonstrated when he went the extra mile to ensure this customer’s satisfaction by finding a storage solution that perfectly suited their needs.
“I rented a unit last month for a new camper I had purchased, and when I attempted to move the camper in, the unit ended up being too short. I called the office number, and the manager, Carlos Velasco, answered the phone. I gave him a rundown of the predicament, and he was very helpful and refunded the full amount of the first month’s rent. About a month later, I received a phone call from Mr. Velasco, notifying me that a taller unit had become available. The unit was a perfect fit, and I moved our camper in that same day. I appreciated him because he saved my information and followed through with finding a unit for us that met our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied! We plan to use Extra Space Storage for the foreseeable future!”
