Cindy Hallam, District Team Lead
Cindy Hallam has been with Extra Space Storage for almost 25 years and continues to impress us with her exceptional customer service! We love the comparison from this customer to Nordstrom, a leader in retail customer service, and we owe it to Hallam for elevating the customer experience to this extraordinary level.

Hallam raises the bar for customer service standards at her own store and in her entire district. As a District Team Lead, she is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of her site in addition to training new team members and assisting the District Manager in executing our company vision and strategy.
It’s evident that Hallam has made a positive impact in her district because, as this customer mentioned, when they called and a sister store answered, they received the same level of service they were accustomed to from Hallam.
