Collins is an Assistant Store Manager in Pasadena, MD, and the recipient of our June award because of his ability to provide memorable customer experiences like this:
“Customer service AAA-rated, especially Dante. He is totally committed to both the company and the customer. I have rented several storage spaces over the years at other competitor facilities and Extra Space Storage. I will never rent anywhere else. The premises are always clean, and it is a safe place to be regardless of the time of day. I have most recently emptied my unit only because I am making life changes and don’t need the rental space right now. As soon as that changes, I will go straight back to Extra Space Storage. I could not be more satisfied. Customer service means everything to me, and the employees at this particular location are a class act!”
