Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Denise Jimenez and Becka Hill as the December 2023 recipients.

Denise Jimenez, Store Manager

Store Manager Denise Jimenez is dedicated to fostering a positive customer experience that extends beyond the first interaction. She appreciates the importance of sustaining this positivity throughout the entire customer journey. Notably, Denise excels in reassuring customers about the safety of their belongings and ensuring a smooth storage process. She acknowledges potential challenges a customer maybe be going through, yet her optimistic and proactive attitude instills a sense of trust and confidence.
