Dwayne Croom, District Team Lead
District Team Lead Dwayne Croom has been with Extra Space Storage for over 19 years, and his dedication to customer service is easy to see. His commitment recently earned him high praise from one satisfied customer. Even though they had never met in person, Dwayne was able to help them select the perfect unit, provide important information, and even sell them the lock they needed. It’s clear that Dwayne is the kind of team member who goes above and beyond for his customers.

Because I did so much on the phone and online, I had not personally met him, but right when I walked into the office to get the lease and keys, I told him my name, and he knew exactly who I was and was ready to get me settled in. Michael Mitchell, Self Storage Specialist
Self Storage Specialist Michael Mitchell recently joined the Extra Space Storage team through the acquisition of Storage Express. His dedication to resolving customer issues shows that Michael is no stranger to the Extra Space company values. Michael’s positive attitude and commitment to providing top-notch customer service never wavered despite the challenging circumstances. If you’re looking for an example of how to handle difficult situations with a smile, Michael is the perfect role model.
