Each year, on the first Tuesday in October, the Customer Experience community celebrates professionals and companies that make great customer experiences happen. At Extra Space Storage, we’re passionate about creating individual experiences for our customers in moments that matter. To celebrate and recognize our industry-leading customer experience professionals, we’re recognizing five winners for our September 2022 Customer Care Award!

The assistance given by Gloria Chaney was helpful and refreshing. Anytime I gave even the smallest inkling that I needed assistance, she always went the extra mile. Her kind and helpful demeanor was refreshing. I’ve used several storage facilities before, and usually, in my past experiences, I have been met with a lot of disinterest and apathy. Frankly, the thing I’ll miss most about leaving the unit is Gloria, so I typically don’t do surveys, but in this case, I’d be remiss not to.”
