Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce JoAnn Curcio as the March 2021 recipient.
Curcio, an Assistant Store Manager in Baltimore, MD, consistently creates top-notch experiences for Extra Space Storage customers. Through customer surveys and Google reviews, it’s clear that Baltimore customers appreciate Curcio’s consistent kindness and professionalism. One customer recently shared the following:
“Ms. JoAnn was absolutely awesome! She took her time explaining the process, including online billing and automatic payments. She was kind, helpful, and professional. As we were leaving, another customer pulled into the lot. JoAnn stated she was going to help this person even though it was already past closing. The experience I had here was stellar.”
Curcio’s District Manager, Matt Luba, shares that she’s not only committed to her customers, but to her Extra Space Storage team as well. “She is a strong team player and has consistently stood up to the plate to be there for her team,” Luba said. “On one occasion, JoAnn even came in to help a new employee who would have otherwise been scheduled by themselves on an auction day.”
