Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Monique Moody and Heidi Jo Warnick as the July 2023 recipients.
Monique Moody, Store Manager
Store Manager Monique Moody gives her all to ensure everything runs smoothly at her store. She makes sure her facility stays in tip-top shape year-round and works to ensure her customers have everything they need when they rent at her facility. Not only does Monique do a great job taking care of her customers and facility, but she’s also a fantastic teammate. She wants everyone, customers and colleagues alike, to have the best experience interacting with her.

We receive customer feedback in many ways, but we rarely get direct emails from customers—as was the case with this interaction—to express their gratitude. Inbound Sales Representative Heidi Jo exemplifies clear communication and storage expertise. She proves every customer can have an excellent experience that will empower them to make the right decisions for their storage needs. The competition cannot compare to our employees—Heidi Jo truly lives our customer experiences principles to care, appreciate, and inform our customers!
