Each month at Extra Space Storage, we recognize employees who go above and beyond in caring for our customers with our Customer Care Award. We’re happy to announce Rob Simpson as the December 2020 recipient.
Customer comments about Simpson, a Store Manager in Allen, TX, consistently refer to his helpful nature and positive attitude. From the beginning of the rental process, during move-in, and through the end of a customer’s lease, Simpson focuses on providing a great customer experience. He understands that our commitment to care for our customers does not stop at the initial rental.
