Located at 1610 Woodstone Dr in St. Peters, MO, and just on the outskirts of St. Louis, this latest project is a testament to our commitment to providing high-quality storage solutions.
This facility is a prime example of our collaborative efforts in partnership with NitNeil Partners, a respected real estate investment group with a strong portfolio across nine states. NitNeil Partners are experts in constructing cutting-edge storage facilities that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
This newly opened facility is a multi-level, climate-controlled building offering a variety of storage units, including various drive-up units. With 652 units encompassing 72,973 net rentable square feet, it caters to a wide range of storage needs, ensuring every customer finds the perfect fit for their belongings.
