Super Friendly & Helpful
Extra Space Storage saved the day! I was moving, and the movers I hired no-showed two days in a row. I had to be out of my apartment that night. Even though I called less than 30 minutes before the office closed, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They helped me with the storage unit size I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised that they provided the lock! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
Great Customer Service
First, Kiki was outstanding in helping me locate an available facility. She gets five stars and a high five. Once a facility was located, Kiki then handed me off to Ariana at the location. I secured one of the last units, and I am so thankful for the professionalism and courtesy. It’s refreshing to be the recipient of GREAT customer service, and these two ladies knocked it out of the park. So glad I chose Extra Space Storage. Customer for life!
Safe & Secure
I have rented a storage unit from Extra Space Storage for the past few years and would like to share my experience. Adrian and Alex are the best! From day one upon leasing a unit with this location to the day I no longer needed storage, the service has been excellent. The staff is professional yet extremely personable. Over the years, I have had to go back and forth to my unit more times than I wish to remember due to my living situation. Whether calling or in person, I was ALWAYS treated with respect. Never needing a unit before, I had many questions and concerns about my personal property. Every concern was addressed to my satisfaction. The facility was always well-maintained. It was always a comfortable temperature, very clean, and I always felt safe in the building and complex. I had no worries that my belongings would be in a safe and secure environment. I have recommended this particular facility to many people who have leased units with the same outstanding experience. You will too! Adrian and Alex will go the extra mile to assist you in your needs.
Spotless Facilities
This was our first time utilizing a storage facility. Earl greeted us wonderfully and answered all of our questions, from our initial call to our move-in, all of which occurred the very same day. He was professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. He provided a courteous and accommodating service, far exceeding our expectations. I would refer anyone to Extra Space Storage. To top it off, the facility is spotless and organized.
Perfectly Sized Climate-Controlled Units
I needed a place to store my belongings on short notice while leaving town for a few months. I went to several different places, and I was very skeptical and had second and even third thoughts of renting from anyone else. Just when I had given up hope, I see this HUGE Extra Space Storage building right off I-95. As soon as I laid my eyes on it, it was as if a magnetic field pulled my vehicle towards this building. When I walked in, everyone in the office immediately stopped what they were doing and greeted me. After everything I had been through with the previous storage sites I visited and this possibly being my last resort, I wanted to deal directly with a manager. At that moment, a man named Joseph stepped up and said, “That would be me.” He shook my hand and introduced himself. I explained a bit of what I’d been through that day and before I could finish telling him, it’s as if he could sense my stress and frustration. He proceeded to ask me what I was storing, and from there, he said, “I’ll make sure you leave here without any regrets.” Joe was right. He got me a PERFECTLY sized unit on a climate-controlled floor and at a cheaper rate than others! To top it off, the facility was super duper clean! I was so impressed how such a small crew can keep such a huge building so clean. Everyone was so happy to be there as if they were all part of a big family. Thank you so much for your patience and time, Joe and the rest of the crew. If I could give ten stars on this review, I would!
Personal & Business Storage Needs
Extra Space Storage is hands down the best storage option and solution to personal and business storage needs. I recently had three different storage units in three different locations, primarily for my business and personal storage needs. It’s been a huge difference coming from my other two storage facilities to Extra Space Storage. I’ve learned, when picking a storage location, your experience is all about the people who run it. Some of the stress I had been experiencing was instantly relieved as I walked through the doors. The building itself is awesome! Huge hallways, tall ceilings, bright lighting, and even covered and shaded parking at the entrance. Moving items became much more efficient. I buy and sell refurbish furniture, so a lot of my items are large. The forward-thinking design of the building allows good movement throughout. Rachelle, the manager, and Tony were super friendly. They instantly knew how to match my storage needs with the correct size, location, month-to-month costs, and even offering promotions that were available to me. From day one it has been a massive difference between the other two storage facilities. I was thinking of using this location as an overflow for my storage needs, but now it has become the only location I use. Take my recommendation, and I’m sure you’ll be pleased with what Extra Space Storage will offer!
User-Friendly Website
This review is long overdue. I only have good things to say about my experience with Extra Space Storage. First of all, I was able to complete the entire application process via the user-friendly website without speaking to anyone over the telephone or in person. The available storage options and monthly rates were listed clearly on the website. After the application, Mike provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years (not exaggerating). He was professional, knowledgeable, proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to all of my inquiries, whether via text, email, or phone call. The facility itself was spotless, and the designated load and unload areas located just a few steps away from the entrance were ideal. Last but not least, I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised when, after moving, I received in the mail a refund check (prorated for days not used in my last month) without even having requested it. Yep! That is unheard of these days. Mike and Extra Space Storage are the best of the best and deserve the highest praise. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage.
