Storage Express recently acquired Westbelt Storage at 4445 Old Roberts Rd in Columbus, OH. The 20,000-square-foot storage facility located at the intersection of Roberts Rd and The Outerbelt expands the company’s footprint in Columbus while complementing its growing Midwest portfolio.

“With room to double this one in size, and 1,500 feet of frontage along the I-270 beltway—this little deal was an attractive pick-up opportunity,” said Jefferson Shreve, owner of Storage Express. “Plus, I love working with Hatcher’s group. The company is giving the 135-unit facility an extensive facelift. “We’re putting the shine on it, and rebranding it to our portfolio standard—signature blue, HD cameras, access control, LED lighting, and our 24/7 Rental Center,” added Shreve.
