Can I Complete My Rental with a Store Manager After Starting at a Kiosk?
Yes, you can complete your rental with a store manager after starting at a kiosk. Similar to our Rapid Rental process, customers will be asked to complete the “Personal Info” section at a kiosk. After this is filled out, a facility manager can find your information and continue booking your storage unit in person. If your kiosk times out or you want help finishing your rental with one of our self storage experts, just ask for assistance.
