    What Are the Terms of a Lease?

    You can rent for as long or as short a time as you need. Rent is due each month on the anniversary of your rental start date. For added convenience, you also have the option to prepay up to six months in advance.

    When you are ready to vacate, we require ten days verbal OR 15 days written notice before vacating.
