Units are clean, facilities are clean, doesn’t smell. Raised concrete platform inside the unit and a good seal on the door keeps everything out of the weather. I’m glad I found an availability here!

Once inside the main gate, the facility is spotless. Unfortunately I went there at 11pm with a truck load of furniture and was denied access to my unit because their hours are actually from 6am-10pm. So you can rent a unit 24/7 (which is posted HUGE on the side of the building), but you can't get to your property/belongings with the same convenience. Insight... pay attention to the small details and don't make assumptions based on how you would run a storage facility.

Very secure,they will raise the rent every year, they don't allow 24/7 access because of covid? There is no one there working ..

Only place locally that has security gates but expect your rent to go up about every 6 months. In 2 years my rent has gone up almost $30. Spiders seem to be a problem as well, but you'll have that with storage units.

I have only had one rental before this one. The gentleman that I talked with was great and helpful. As far as the storage area it's very clean and nice.
