The rental process was very easy. The unit was as advertised and cleaned out when I arrived. I am leaving off the 1 star because their website states half off first months rent. What it doesn’t state is that the admin charge is as much as half off the first months rent. So I basically saved $1 for the first month. I wish it would say no sign up costs instead of half off first month.

Our admin fee is a flat rate across all unit sizes. I'm sorry this didn't pan out to quite as much of a discount compared to savings on our larger size units. Being new to the state of Indiana not knowing where I was going to store all my belongings I took a ride up and down East 10th street where I discovered not one but three storage express locations so I got the phone number and made the call the rest is history they provide me with everything that I needed the storage unit & the lock inside climate controlled where my belongings are well protected I would recommend storage express to any one thanks storage express for all your help and friendly customer service I was extremely satisfied ??????
