Our self storage facility is three miles north of Mitchell on the east side of Hwy 37 between Bedford and Mitchell north of Tieman Tire and Roots RV & Trailer Sales. Nice clean location....the only thing is that the sun beats down in your eyes while trying to use the kiosk and makes it very hard to see

Not a bad storage unit, everything seems clean. Pricing isn't the worst around either. The issue that I have is that it is a gated storage facility, you need a passcode to get into. Yet, they "close" at 10 pm and even your passcode won't get you in. This is very inconvenient, especially if you're on a time crunch with moving.

Unfortunately I don't care for the new Management. They're all about their money but not anything about making it easy for the tenants to PAY said money! If I only get paid once a MONTH, WHY do I still have to pay on the first and NOT THE DAY I ACTUALLY HAVE MONEY?! NOW THE LATE FEES HAVE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO ACQUIRE THE ITEMS IN THE UNIT AND I CANT AFFORD TO PAY THE BILLS! ??????
