My experience as truly been exceptionally positive. First, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve been to my unit on several occasions and I always receive a friendly hello and polite engaging conversation. Additionally, the facility is immaculately clean. And finally, there are always plenty of storage carts available to assist in transporting things to or from your unit.

From inquiry to renting the storage unit; our experience has been top notch and very professional. We received a call immediately from Bob to welcome us and to see if we needed any additional assistance. The day we came to property; we were happily greeted by Crystal. We have never had a better experience than we have had at this facility. We are from out of state and this has helped take the stress off of our moving situation! Excellent experience from when I first rented my unit approximately 5 months ago through today to renew for 6 more months. I spoke with Bob concerning extending my end date on my storage unit. He was extremely nice, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend Extra Storage in Daphne.
