I rented a 10x20 to store some bikes and realtor junk. Great business. The facility is neat as a pin, and the customer service truly is a 10. They strive to be certain you are a satisfied customer. Something you don't see a lot these days. ??

I like the facility and would probably had stayed there but they priced me out. I rented two storage rooms for the price of their one.

My fiancé and I just moved to Huntsville from Kennesaw, GA this weekend and got a unit here. I called the morning that we were leaving asked what time they closed to make sure we were gonna be leaving in more than enough time. We were supposed to be there around 4:30 when we left. With traffic and 2 quick stops to get gas & food we were about 1hr out and it said we wouldn’t be there until after 6, which is when they closed. With our new addresses not matching our licenses they had to verify our ids in person. So I called and talked to Samantha (I think that was her name) and she was super sweet and offered to stay until my fiancé could meet me there with the uhaul trailer about 30 mins after 6. We are beyond grateful for her!!
