You have always been great to work with. I really appreciate the call when my payment didn't go through on time. My card was hacked and shut off and I didn't catch everything that was automatic on it. Cable bill was same way and after 15 years of zero late payments they just automatically shut it off with no warning. You called and sent a text checking on it and will always have my business as long as I need a storage shed. Thank you.

I have been with extra space storage since they began many years back. They have always been helpful Christa and April even helped me jump off my camper battery. Fair prices, easy access, clean facilities what more can you ask for?!

I have been using Extra Space Storage for about two years now. My contacts have been April and Christa and they have been professional, loyal, and mostly kind which is a requirement of mine wherever I conduct business. Their hours are great and accommodating. If you need a reliable storage space business, you must consider Extra Space. When I initially went there, I had no idea about what I needed like size and everything. They were there to "tour" and advise with no pressure to do business. Go by, you will be glad you did.

Price increases every 8 months or so. But facility is nice and staff is friendly.

My experience with Krista at extra storage on county line rd was absolutely Awesome. she was so kind and helpful and very patient. she assisted me in so many ways being new to the area..she even txt to make sure I was ok the following day..Great southern hospitality.. We have stored our house while new home is being built. Even during this time orf Covid the management has been available to answer all our questions and are very quick to respond. The facility is very clean and we feel our items are secure. We had our items dropped off by corporate movers and the large truck had no problems accessing the storage locker. Very happy with our experience.

Outstanding!!! Extra Space Storage is the place you will want to store your stuff. This Storage Unit facility is top notch. It is really clean, really nice and the people are extremely friendly. April at the County Line Rd location in Madison, AL is VERY friendly and exceptional at her job. She will take care of all you storage needs. They are all really good and very professional with a family feel. They take really great care of their units, property and your property. I HIGHLY recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs.

I have been renting a space for quite a few years now at extra space storage. Do to family reasons and just had to store my things. I have had nothing but great things to say about this place. They are always polite and helpful. Plus it is safe and clean. I do recommend them.

April has been an amazing help during my move. I almost rented with a competitor that was a little cheaper but felt my stuff would be well taken care of here because of April. She is a kind soul and I will highly recommend her to anyone.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I had to share my experience! I had to put my things in storage for a bit, moving from one state to another. Basically my entire life was in that storage unit, and it’s hard to TRUST that all your things are going to be ok. Naturally I think of every worst case scenario, flooding, theft, mice. I chose this facility because it is gated, well lit, secure, and the website says the manager lives on site. I paid extra for the air-conditioned unit, and it was very easily accessible and easy to load my things into. When I moved my things out 2 weeks early… I got a phone call from Christy. Asking if I was permanently moved out… That thoroughly impressed me for a variety of reasons. A) they proactively reached out to me to ensure my stuff was OK & to make sure I was ok with turning auto-pay off. How many companies would just bill you for another month and hope you forgot to notify them? Also, when I asked how she knew if I moved out, they said they walk the grounds every morning and inspect every unit to make sure there wasn’t damage. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will absolutely use this place. That gave me such a great feeling that my things are secure, and to know they’re inspecting every single unit every day. That’s awesome. You can definitely trust this place with your stuff!
