Employees and the facility were great, very nice, helpful, clean, etc. I was never concerned for the condition of my stuff while it was in storage. It is a little bit pricey though, and the rates go up every 4 months regardless of anything else, so I can't give it a five star due to that.

This was a great place to destroy my stuff for about a year and a half Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a storage facility.

Imagine you spend 7 years as a customer. You're rate triples during that time because somehow inflation justifies the rate going from $200 to $600. So you might think that handling over literally $30,000 in that time to them (and we're all stupid for doing it) would net you some kind of mercy -- or maybe an just email to alert you to the actual auction date? They do not care about you. They won't say, "Hmm, this customer has been pretty good for us." It all boils down to milking every dollar as fast as possible. Add in 20% late fees and then lien fees and you're at $800 once you get behind. How are you going to catch up when you can't even get a 3% raise every year? They will not care when your entire life is tossed into a garbage bin. They do not have a shred of ethics in their souls. Do not take the chance?
