I was very impressed by the customer service I received from Extra Space Storage. Businesses these days don’t seem to really care any more but when I went to Extra Space Storage on Warner and Higley in Gilbert I was greeted by an older gentleman who helped me fill out the rest of my contract online (because I was having an issue understanding) he also walked me to my unit, showed me where I would park to unload my stuff, walked me through how to use the lock for my unit and also walked me up to where I would punch my code in to open the gate to make sure I would have no problems with that. What a great experience. Thank you!

Easy rental experience! Jim was attentive and kind and made the process easy. Very happy with my choice to rent from Life Storage! Update: 3/24 I rented a storage unit from Life Storage back in 2021 and Jim helped me. Today, I rented a different unit at the same place (now Extra Space) and Jim was as helpful as ever! I'm moving into a different size and Jim helped us find the closest unit to make moving easy, got me all set up and made the process so easy and fast. I will keep renting from this location just because of Jim! Thanks for all of your help Jim!
