Savannah and Anastasia were so helpful to me. I reserved a unit online, then realized it was too small. They helped me with a bigger space, and Anastasia was so helpful when I arrived to unload my U-Haul. Very nice clean facility.

Anastasia of Extra Space Storage on Greenfield Road in Mesa, Arizona did a wonderful job for me. She was very professional and friendly, taking the time to show me the unit and go over the gate and door entry system. On another non-work related matter, she also was unusually helpful for a small lost puppy and its owners by voluntarily keeping the dog safe from traffic, giving it water, and proactively contacting the owners from the local lost pet website. Overall, whether in business or personal human relations matters, she showed compassion and up-front honesty, professionalism and attention to detail. This included a desire for long-term positive business relations with individuals and the community at large. I feel she wants things safe and orderly.
