The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I always feel welcomed when I come in. Coffee and other beverages are nice too! You are amazing! 5/13/2024 Update: Tyler is his name. Above and beyond what I consider excellent customer service! He gave my girlfriend directions to her unit and offered beverages, then proceeded to sweep out the unit she was moving out of!

Tyler has been amazing from the start and continues to strive in excellent customer service not only did he help me when I needed it the most but he has remembered me by name since day one. I locked myself out he did not hesitate to cutt the lock and replaced my lock with a new lock without question. I forgot my pin he helped me reset it and he is probually one of the most friendly people I have ever came in contact with. Tyler should be a property manager for this company... all businesses need employees like this. Thank u for being so kind and helpful this guy deserves a award of excellence or a raise .... He offered me water and assisted in transferring my unit to something smaller... He knows the facility very well and the cleanliness and safety of this facility is in top notch thank u Tyler for all your help.

I started here before Overland sold to Extra Space, rent was competitive, the people were incredibly nice and helpful. Since Extra Space took ownership the prices went up 50%, they removed most of the helpful moving equipment, they leave them in the hall as a hazard for anyone who needs to move large items and the ambient temp of my controlled unit is up at least 50 degrees. Too many negatives to stay, the move out process was simple and the manager prorated my rent for the month, which I appreciated.

Tyler and John helped me out immensely. I fully expected to pay the entire month of May because I moved out in the beginning of the month. To my surprise, they are refunding me some money because I moved out early! The prices here are very reasonable and the property is always well taken care of.
