This is a 5 star for Dennis, otherwise corporate can receive a 1 star. Dennis really helped us out. I was treated with all due respect & he showed me what was available for my circumstance. He truly wanted to help & keep me as a customer. However, corporate is very greedy & doesn’t care for the customers that pay their rent on time & every month. I have been a customer for almost 1.5 years now. I started with the promo price at $175. My latest notice was going to be $432. Within 6 months in, I was nearing $300, a few months later, I was at $339. The increases are insane. I understand supply & demand. But, you’re just sticking it to us. Corporate, shame on you. I even spoke to someone a while back on my first increase. I wish I remember the managers name I talked to in corporate. They basically laughed in my face about my concern. Very disappointed & you don’t even have a formula for the increases.
