Great experience at this location! Donavan was a lot of help, treated me with respect, but also compared to my last experience with my previous storage this was leaps and bounds better.

Wow, I was really impressed with this Extra Space Storage facility and their staff! Not only was the manager, Donovan, extremely helpful, he was also very patient and kind as it took my family and myself some time, (days) to get our act together and decide what we wanted. When I actually showed up to the facility, Donovan was so polite and friendly as he showed me around. The storage units were in great shape, so clean, well lit, comfortable temperature, and very secure. The whole renting process was very easy and convenient! I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody!

Donavan the manager over at The 35th ave and the 101location went over and beyond to help me out. he did everything within company guidelines to make sure my situation was taken care of with complete satisfaction. there honestly needs to be more people in all business's like this professional gentleman. hes very clear and doesnt waste any time. this man is going places in this company and im positive he will keep on keepin on helping people out all the way to the top.
