I had the wonderful opportunity of working with extra space storage. They made my experience with extra space storage very pleasant. Front desk was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly from beginning to end. He went above and beyond by taking time out (while being extremely busy with multiple phone calls, and other customers in line) by focusing on efficiently completing my lease. He made sure while there were no customers awaiting to take me to look at two different storage units so I could pick which size was best for me. Lastly, the inside and outside of the building was immaculately clean and well maintained. Thank you Extra Space Storage for hiring such great employees to provide exceptional customer experiences!

We rented a unit for about a year at Extra Space Storage on Grand Ave in Surprise. We worked closely with Rob. I’m leaving a 5-star review mostly because of our experience with him. It was a stressful time in our lives and dealing with Rob made life a little easier. Rob is friendly and funny but professional. He was always willing to help us. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities in a very positive, knowledgeable manner. You just feel good when you’re around him. Rob is a valuable asset to Extra Space Storage. We have highly recommended this location to all our family and friends.
