Needed storage space in Surprise AZ, read the reviews and knew Extra Space Storage was the best choice. Many of the reviews mentioned Tony at this location. Once I booked, Tony called me. I really kinda thought there wasn’t really a Tony, but he is real. The process could not have been easier and the follow up by Tony answered all my questions. Extra Space Storage and Tony rate 5 stars in my book.

The unit we rented in Surprise, AZ fit our needs perfectly. I liked that there are hand trucks right inside the door to borrow when loading/unloading. I liked that the manager is on site for questions/help—office hours are posted on the office door. I liked that there is a restroom on the ground floor (maybe elsewhere too, I don’t know). I liked that the facility doesn’t smell and is clean! Rob, the manager, is top-notch. Personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Need extra space for your stuff? Rent here!

Needed a quick storage area and staff was accommodating. Close to my home. Enclosed and air conditioned. This was for short term, but might put my holiday decorations there instead of a hot garage.

Renting my unit was super simple and they left me the lock where they were supposed to. Plus they gave me a courtesy call and email explaining the process for getting to my unit.
