I lost my job and got behind on my storage payments and it was going to be up for auction come may 6th and the manager, Star has been so helpful during this process. After I paid my vacate fee she allowed me extra days to get my things out due to me not having extra help during that 24 hour window. She kept in contact with me everyday and checked in to make sure I was able to remove all my things. She was very understanding and helpful during the whole process. Had I lost my things I would literally have nothing. I appreciate her sooo much!
