Just got my unit this morning. Renting process was super easy and user friendly. Upon arriving at location, I was greeted by Assistant Manager Tom who showed me around the property, where my unit was, and professionally answered all my questions. He made me feel welcome, and reassured my items would be both safe and covered. The units and building are well kept and quiet. So far, it has been a seamless and customer focused experience that I recommend to any looking for storage.
