Very clean, well maintained facility, right off highway I10. Have been using it for well over 8 mos and no complaints so far, other than frequent price increases.

I received a post card in the mail telling me my rates were going to increase. I went to Extra Space Storage and spoke with the front desk(Rene) who immediately sent an email to corporate requesting my rate NOT be increased. Rene called me by the end of the day telling me the request was successful and my rates will not increase. Thank you Rene !

Place is immaculate in cleanliness and professional employees, however, I have received 3 rate increases since January 2024 and we are only in September. Most places I’ve rented from wait at least til your 1st anniversary date to start increasing. Needless to say we need to make arrangements to move. **Update** didn’t see the text from our rental space manager and they did an audit and are keeping our rate the same. Changing my 3 star to a 5 star. Thank you Erin!!

I am always impressed by the professionalism of the on-site staff and the cleanliness of the entire building and surrounding areas. Rates do change with time but I have noticed an effort to stay transparent and responsive to questions regarding changes and expectations.

Honestly the experience there is five stars. It’s really clean, the people that work there are lovely- but I’m docking two stars because when I signed up, I was paying $81 for my slot, and then a few months later they bumped it up to $120. I need the storage unit so I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place so it is what it is I guess. But a $40 increase is grossly wild..
