We had a space at the Harris Ln location. It seems extra storage and life storage are owned by the same people. We had the Harris Ln location in which to move a 4 bedroom house for two weeks when some guy called and said we don't have a space for you. What!!!??? We had already been paying for 2 weeks. Well we called extra storage and reserved a place over the phone. Samantha called us and told us why the rental space we wanted would not work and found us another place somewhere else. The effort she put forward was amazing. She did not have to do this and worked to help us out anyway. I mean the first place made no effort to help us find another place at all. We did end up getting a small place here but needed a bigger place somewhere else. Samantha, Tracey and I are grateful for you efforts and thank you so much for your help. We appreciate you.
