I’ve never rented storage space before, so I did not know what to expect. For that reason, I selected the Roseville location based on the reviews for Tania even though there were other locations much closer to me. Her customer service is excellent. I only needed to use a storage locker for two months. When it got closer to the time for me to close out my account, she explained how to minimize my costs and truly made me feel like a valued customer.

Great storage place! David is professional and friendly. The units are clean and air conditioned, and the multiple carts is super helpful when you have more than one trip to the car to make :) happy with my choice
