Super welcoming and helpful! I truly appreciate Elaina for her good counsel and follow up. (She called me after I spoke with the non-local sales person and came up with a great price and option for me; otherwise I wasn’t going to store there.) Also, while in the office I witnessed her interactions with other customers; she knows them all by name! I’m feeling very confident that my items are secure and under a kind, watchful eye.

I used this location for a small storage unit and for a parking space for about six months. It was a nice clean facility and Elena and the office team were always helpful, professional and kind. If you need a spot in the area, I highly recommend them.

I was desperate to find a place to store my RV and when first calling, they did not have a space. They called back....that's right, they called me back about a week later and said we have an open space! I booked it and tried to get her into the spot they had but it wasn't working with how I had to maneuver into the spot. I got it in and walked back to the office. Elaina asked me how it went and I said I got it in but that will be a difficult park for me since I am by myself. She said ok, let me see I might have something else that can work...and she did! Elaina was so helpful and made everything happen with such ease. She was very patient and took the time to work with me and helped me feel at ease with storing there. The only thing I would say I wish they had was a bit more cameras angled to see my spot better. I highly recommend this place because of Elaina - she was awesome!!!

I was looking for a new storage unit for my mother who was not happy with her previous storage center. Fortunately, I stopped by the Extra Space Storage on Cathedral Canyon Dr. and spoke with Elaina, who was exceptionally helpful, patient with my questions, and just overall very pleasant to work with in setting up a new storage account. I also should mention how clean and well-maintained the buildings and our specific storage unit were. This was an all-around excellent experience....thank you(!) Elaina.
