Cindy Chaisson, the store manager at the Extra Space Storage in Cathedral City, CA, was extremely helpful to us last week while we were emptying out our unit over several days. When we couldn't open our lock, she immediately sawed off the old and gave us a new one. She directed us as to how to dispose of unwanted goods, and checked on our progress each day as we prepared everything to donate to a poor woman and her seriously ill husband who are Jehovah's Witnesses. They will use the proceeds acquired from the goods to be able to continue their volunteer work of teaching Bible truth to their neighbors. Thank you very much Cindy, Danny Volk, (for owner, Barbara Morris Unit # 506).

My partner and I just moved here from San Francisco and we needed storage for our stuffs. Found Extra Space Storage online and called immediately to get our unit. Cindy, the on-site manager was very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well located. I would recommend this place.

Cindy, who manages this location, was nothing short of an incredible manager while unexpectedly having to put my life in storage for a year! She was the most friendly, enjoyable person to deal with in tough times. I am very grateful for this convenient Cat City location along with the exceptional service I received all year long. Trying to organize storage from afar could have proven difficult but Cindy's attention to detail and customer service made everything easier. There was small 'hiccup' when my items arrived ( way more than could fit in first assigned locker ). Cindy problem solved with my realtor, called me with options and took care of everything. Very grateful.

i am from out of town needed some storage area very quickly iwalked in to the facility at 36000 cathedral city dr. ca92234 and was greeted by cindy, and she was so kind and helpful in20minunuys or less i had every thing i needed .these folks are great! the next day i needed boxes and packing supplies and the young gentleman took care of all my needs like a pro. i love them , and thank them we need more people like them i am a happy customer. alan acosta.

Wow! Amazing customer service from Cindy.and Austin! She really was instrumental in alleviating any storage headaches that could have ensued during my move from across the state. I rented my unit site unseen - and it's perfect for my needs. They are so very patient and helpful during my multiple phone calls, and I have received great in-person assistance from them as well. I'm also very impressed with the clean and safe facilities and happy that they are in an easily accessible Cathedral City location.
