I had a excellent experience at extra space Elk Grove branch. I reserved a small unit and I did not like it since it is inside the building and it is a bit inconvenient for me. Mellisa helped me find an outside space and it is bigger which is perfect for me. We really appreciate the help we get from the Mellisa.

2nd time renting short term storage with this location. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rates are reasonable. Premises is secure and units are clean. Really appreciate the access hours and ease of using the mobile app to gain entry when needed.
