This is the first time my wife and I have rented with Extra Space. We completed the online application in just a few minutes then drove to the facility. We were met by Frances who was super-helpful and easily answered all our questions. She even recommended a better 5x15’ unit with three doors (very useful) for the same price. I’m looking forward to a very pleasant and smooth rental experience over the new two years. Very well done, Frances and Helena! See you again soon.

Having issues with rhe noke gate. The app nevwr wants to qork and codes are not working. Manager Helena has helped get us in the gate.

Storage place itself is fine but that stupid “smart entry” Noke app is useless for the front gate! And when the codes aren’t working either, there’s no way to get in. What a horrible waste of time and money. (Helena is great, though. She deserves 10 stars!)
