CLEAN, COURETOUS, GREAT MANAGER, PERSONAL ATTENTION , CLEAR DISCLOSURES, full service, clear ORIENTATION, instructions for in and out, secure gated location, EASY ACCESS. CLEANEST facility I was able to find, my unit had clearly been recently cleaned..not just glossed over with a broom . Elevators, climate controlled, flat bed carts - all part of the service. Video monitoring of all hallways..I FEEL SAFE!!! If you need storage - long or short term, this is the place, the only place in Folsom.

Sean (the manager) was very helpful showing us the units we were interested in and then answering all of our questions and concerns. We like the fact that this storage is climate controlled. Dollies provided for move in and out. The building appears to be very clean.
