Nice facility, however, be aware of the bait and switch prices! After about the 4th month you can expect your lease to go up $50 + and you better believe it’s in the fine print! If they would have told me up front I would have given a better rating and I’m being generous. They lure you in with a good deal and then Bam rate increases. It’s a pain to move so most just deal with it. I personally couldn’t afford anymore. Read the fine print!

Locked ourselves out of our storage. Called the number customer service line was no help until they transfered us to the actual location spoke to Cynthia. She was alot of help let us know what we needed to fill out and email. I showed up and she took care of us right away!!!!!

Desiree was exceptional! From the moment I walked in the store she gave me a warm welcome and assisted me right away. Her communication and clarity of the transaction made the experience smooth. The property manager was also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend others to come rent out storage space.
