Julian was literally the best thing that could’ve happened to us here. We used to rent here for years but it became too expensive for the size of unit. Today we gladly announce our return to the unit and a much better one at that and that’s all thanks to Julian’s customer service, we had a few other places to visit before making a decision but it only took 15 minutes of communicating and Julian listening to our needs and we were SET! The younger worker on 5/3/25 was very helpful. We didn't understand why are unit was blinking a different color than usual and so we called up to the front office and he came out to us right away and fixed our issue.

Great storage spot, only thing is the access doors to units is not very secure. And no cameras inside actual building concerns me a bit.
