Very nice, friendly, and helpful agents when gathering information on the phone. Finalizing rent and move-in were very fast and simple. I am very pleased with the location, accessibility, hours of access, and the overall cleanliness and security of the facility. I have high hopes for the months (and years?) to come. UPDATE: After several months of storage I was completely satisfied with the service and staff at ESS Hesperia on Main St. I requested to move storage units at one point and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Next time I need storage services I will definitely return to Extra Space Storage at this location.
