Aside from the insane rate that rent goes up, the employees at my facility have always been very kind, curtious, professional and go out of they're way to help, whatever my needs. Elizabeth, the front desk clerk is a tremendous life saver. The front desk clerk, Isaac before her was an exceptional blessing too. Both Elizabeth and Isaac went out of their ways to lower my rent and give me more time to make my payment. Without them I would have been in a bind. So for me it's huge and means allot. Now i can sleep tonight without worry. Every little bits counts sooo, amazing team extra space storage has. I'll give them that. Also it's clean, everything works right, there's lots of carts to use, never had a problem with parking, the tenants are always nice, no problems with break ins, there's security cameras, a gate, a bathroom etc. But honestly the 5 stars ALL go to the STAFF! Thank you Elizabeth for giving me my peace of mind back. Your the best.

First time renting storage. Management was very friendly. Elizabeth was helping me get set up and sure about which unit I wanted. She explained everything I need to know very clearly and made the whole process very easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
