Friendly staff! Lori and Brian are both great and so very helpful ! They gave me a tour of available storage units as I was downsizing my storage unit and was unsure of what size I would need after I moved my furniture out and I was able to get one near the unit I was downgrading from which was so helpful and I was able to get a great online deal, too. This has been one of the best storage facilities I have used , highly recommend!

Lori made my day today. After a long drive from San Antonio, TX to HB, I reached out to two different storage facilities. Lori's customer service sealed the deal for me. It was almost closing time and she did everything in her power to secure storage for my vehicle. I needed it the day of as my flight takes off early morning.
