I made a reservation online, but wanted to see the size of the storage first. I walked into Extra Space Storage and right away was greeted by Jorge and Maria. I expressed my concerns about the storage unit and was shown the storage immediately. They were able to offer me more storage for almost the same price! I felt very well informed throughout the entire contract process.
