I had the pleasure of being assisted by Linda. I came at the last minute. I was desperate to rent a storage unit. I came in with a truckload full of my personal items and there were five other customers that were waiting in line to get assisted however, Linda did not make me feel that I was a bother. She acknowledged me, which was excellent customer service on Linda‘s part while Linda also helped the other customers in the store. She also took the time to make me feel comfortable in the space that I was going to run to store my stuff she offered me water as well and she was really patient. She heard my concerns knowing that I had financial challenges so she made everything work out for me and I appreciate Linda’s help. Thank you so much.
