Excellent service!! Huge thank you to Carmen A. who was very helpful & kind hearted, getting me a great unit that I needed for same day move in & 1st month FREE as 1st time customer! Smooth & fast process! Also a big plus is the lights stay on all the time in storage area, they don't turnoff when there's no movement! Awesome!

The facilities are nice and well maintained, the only aggravating part is that there are only 3 parking spaces for the large number of inside units and almost every time I come in, they’re taken, along with the carts. Getting in and out quickly is rare.

Very IMPRESSIVE!!! Carman helped me at the first location I visited then Sean helped me at the second. They were AWESOME!!! Kind, thorough and extremely efficient. I appreciate both of them helping me. The entire facility is TOPNOTCH!!!

Great people at the front desk, and extremely clean facility. Relatively easy to rent here. I would have given this a 5 star but their corporate policies are not customer service oriented at all. For instance, you cannot bring in a photo copy of your vehicle registration, it has to be the original. Does corporate really think people are going to take the time to forge a vehicle registration? And if so, why dumb down everything for everyone else instead of making it customer service friendly and giving managers discretion to accept or not accept photo copies based on other factors. Big corporations don’t seem to care about customer service.

I came here to look at a specific unit to make sure it was what I needed before renting. The office staff and management were very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs, and what they had available. I got to see 2 different units before I made the decision to rent a unit.
