Excellent staff and facility. The place is practically brand new and while I only visited during business hours the traffic is very light. Plenty of carts available to move things in and out. The only negative is that their online payment cart has a history of not working so you need to call in your card info or put it on auto pay. The staff is top notch, I think it was Brad that checked me out when I left and he even pro rated the rent and processed a refund on the unused days. I would use again should I need a storage facility. There prices are competitive as well. The initial three months was heavily discounted and the long term rent was about 20% below what I used the prior year at another company in Santa Ana.

I started with Extra Space Self Storage in October 2023 at $32/month. Two years later, the same unit now costs $95/month. No changes, no improvements, just repeated price hikes. This is textbook bait and switch. They lure you in with a low rate, then dramatically raise prices once moving out becomes inconvenient. I would not recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for fair or stable pricing.
