Joey in Ladera Ranch as the face of your company is amazing. What I find criminal is the amount you charge for unit rentals. Your introductory rates are feasible but increasing rent every 4 months and increases at 40% is criminal and creates a financial hardship for me. Housing sales and rentals are going down not up but your rates are still increasing. Stop this and level off. Your units are always filled the company is not hurting but your tenants are.

While I understand that prices may rise over time, the outstanding service provided by Joey and the convenience of this location make it well worth it. Very smooth experience. I rented a climate controlled 10'x12' unit on the website and saved a lot of $. When I checked in at the office, I was treated with care and professionalism. My unit was clean and ready to be used. I highly recommend this storage facility.
