So glad I chose Extra Space Storage. When I called to get a price quote, the customer service representative (Candy) was so nice, professional and went above and beyond to find me the most convenient location with the best price. When I got to the facility, Ana was so nice, professional, answered all my questions and got me into a unit very fast. The facility was clean, well maintained and they also offer dollies for customers to use free of charge. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of their services.

Ordering our storage unit online was quick and easy. Shortly after completing the order, I received a call from Carol at Extra Space Storage. She was very pleasant and welcoming. When we arrived at the office, Carol greeted us warmly and walked me through how to use the digital access system, which is incredibly convenient—you can use your phone to enter the premises and operate the elevator without having to manually enter a code. Another staff member in the office was also very helpful when we had trouble locking our unit. I wish the unit pricing included a promotional rate that lasted for a year, or at least offered a discount for customers who rent for 12 months or longer.
