I have had a great experience over the years here at the Extra Space Storage at 5825 Santa Monica Blvd. The facility is always clean and organized and the staff is super-helpful (Suzie and Beth, that means YOU!) I couldn’t run my business effectively without the 24/7 access and secure storage. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed here temporarily before moving back to New York. The customer service I experienced here was superb. I apologize if I'm wrong with their names but, I believe it was Susie and Beth?? They were so friendly and helpful and made the whole process a breeze. The place is spotless too which is so important to me. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely be using Extra Space!

5 start? 2 star? Nope I have not been wowed in at least 2 to 3 years.. customer service is a thing of the past online reviews 5 star rating is not even close to what this young experience manager of this attention to detail, clean and customer service should be part of this company's trainer she wowed me and had the opportunity to even sweep and place my lock ready to gO.. handles more than one guest at a time a has us go on field trips all together 6 feet.. please without fail don't just look around look at the person watching and managing yOur items.. she needs to be a area supervisor.. she can train tHem and the look at mission statemenT and The goal wAs achieved and beyond... don't let this one get away.... I guarantee You'll store your property here... ??

My bf and I came here yesterday to rent a 10 by 10, and Beth was extremely professional, friendly and thorough in her explanation of what to expect. 5 stars also for a clean, well-kept and spotless facility. I highly recommend renting a storage unit here.

By far the best storage in the area . This place is always super clean and well maintained. Employees are always upbeat and friendly and go out of their way to help. Susie always goes above and beyond to make sure i am satisfied customer . I recommend anyone to store here .
