UPDATE(7-20-2024): **I was very fortunate enough to have Brittany call me to help resolve my issues with the storage unit. She was kind, considerate and empathetic.** It was great witnessing her be a professional. Previous post: I reserved a unit yesterday. Today I got there and couldn't get in with my code. The representative let me in, but it's not the same as being able to access it when I need to. You need the code to access the gate and elevator. They must fix this a.s.a.p.

I remember seeing this storage facility being built and passing it by all the time. Now I’m occupying a small unit here. I’ll keep this short. Really good clean space. Love all the cameras and security steps to access the units. It’s an easy process however not just anyone can access the floors with all the units. I haven’t had any issues with being able to get to my unit and I’ve been in and out 3 or 4X’s. Climate control units are the best for me. Parking is limited but I’ve been able to get in and out without any hassle. Once again this is a very clean space and I’m big on things like that.

Gerson was absolutely amazing I’m so satisfied with this storage space it is extremely clean I have two storages in this location and I feel so good knowing that my valuables will be safe as a navigate through finding a place!

This is the third ExtraSpace I’ve rented a unit through over the years and it’s been by far the best experience since I’ve moved in earlier this year. The location was little goofy for where I needed to be in Venice, but I’ve found that price, the facilities, and especially the people that work at this location have made a huge difference. When I had some frustration and confusion about paying online in advance before traveling, I was able to speak with someone immediately on the phone and was so lucky it was Gerson, the store manager. He helped get me sorted and since then it’s been a joy to run into him and the other friendly faces there while I’ve been in and out much more recently. Very thankful for help from kind, funny folks like Gerson and so happy to have found this location and community of people!!
