OMG! Nancy & Karla are extremely professional & understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have a GREAT ATTITUDE & TREATED ME WITH PROFICIENT CARE!! Excellent Customer Service = JOB SECURITY! WOW! I even bought soft & mattress covers & 3 Wardrobe Boxes! I have had so many issues with the store @ 5555 Manchester Blvd! I decided to find a closer facility! WHAT A BLESSING THESE WOMAN are giving 200%! I rate this store @ 4095 Glencoe Avenue.
